I read that around 1979/1980 Mick grew a massive, Jim Morrison-esque beard. If anyone has any pix of it, could they post 'em please?

Wasnt the beard for Fitzcaraldo (or whatever it was called). Klaus Kinski ended up doing the role.

actually, he grew his first beard, and so did Brian in the late sixties. One may not like it, but there is some truth in the Stones copying the Beatles sometimes. In this case they did, but not for long. It didn't fit their image I guess.
