That's alright, that's okay
We were two kids in love
Trying to find our way
That's alright, that's okay
Held our dreams in our hands
Let our minds run away
That's alright, now that's okay
We were walkin' through some youth
Smilin' through the pain
That's alright, let's turn the page
And remember what I say girl
And it goes this way

William, Kate's Faces Tattoed on Fan's Teeth!
Posted Thursday, April 28th, 2011

royal fan with teeth tattoos

Being a fan is not always an easy job. Sometimes you really need to do crazy things for your idols.

Like this 29-year-old plumber from Bristol who decided to spend more than $1600 on Prince William and Kate Middleton "gnasher tats".

Barmy Baz Franks went to a dentist and had tiny tattoos of William & Kate on his front teeth.  William looks just like Stan Laurel, while Kate looks like Iggy Pop.
(Michael K suggests that Will looks like Sarah Jessica Parker as Black Swan and we agree with him on Iggy Pop for Kate's look)

Soon, royal fans will have tattoos on another parts of their bodies with Prince Harry's face.

My mother-in-law is waking up for the live coverage...

Personally, I find the fact that he has no formal surname fascinating...but rather has different surnames for different purposes...I also am intrigued, if not amused, by the whole "title" thing...
If he doesn't ( or refuses) a Dukedom...Kate may officially be known as "Her Royal Highness Princess William of Wales"...I guess it is the equivalent of " Mrs John Jones".

I will miss the ceremony...I will be closing on a house tomorrow...Take pictures for me!!

I'm one of the '5'!  ;D

The wedding is on the box in the background. I almost  feel obliged to at least tune in. Good luck to them, I say.

I am totally into it. :) LOVE all the pomp and circumstance---and the Royals. I guess it's just that it's all SO different from all things American. I slept in until 5:00 EST and I still got to see everyone arriving. I thought it was all sweet and lovely. And the boy's choir! Love those pure soprano voices. The music was grand. Anyway, I do hope and wish the best for them, in a not-so-easy public life. I think Catherine seems perfect for the "job". I hope they ascend the throne before I die!!! ;) 8-)

I happened to catch some of early this morning.(can you say insomnia). Turned it on right when they were saying their I do's and then saw the procession to Buckingham Palace. I love the pomp and circumstance as well. Thought it was fun to see. I even got a bit emotional during God Save the Queen. Seriously. As for being born to wealth and privledge. You don't have to be a royal for that. You can say the same thing about some snotty rich kid who inherits a butt load of money. At least William and Kate seem pretty grounded and he is carrying on the the work of his mom as for charitible work.

A person would have to be a real Royal watcher to get up at 3 in the morning to watch this, when it's repeated non stop on T.V. on just about every channel continuable.

I must admit, I got a bit teary-eyed a few times during, and after, the ceremony. I was singing the hymns, and God Save The Queen, right along with everyone in Westminster Abbey. :) I thought the whole day was perfect. Really. :) The extra kiss, and the ride through the crowds in the Aston Martin were added bonuses for the British people, and for all who were there in person. :) I think they will make a marvelous King and Queen someday.  8-)
