just was in the middle of a sesh on the 360 when a radio mate rang

He works at a production house in Melbourne, his wife is involved in Rod Laver Arena, where the Stones play in Melbs.

Anyways, he says ' sorry to call u so late, just got out of a meeting, the Stones are a lock to play AMI Park in Melbourne in Jan 2011. I said 'bullshit, they are holding their yearly meeting, no rehearsals etc..' he said the word is they cant play at Rod Laver Arena as the Australian Open Tennis is on, and its on for AMI Park.

No probs about Rod Laver, Mobbsy. We got that new boutique stadium that was recently completed.

No way for jan 2011 though.

Unless they make an announcement next month and it means (dread) that the Stones might play after the Grand Prix (shudder).
