Hmm.. no, I don't find it to be creepy. He looks very fresh faced, so I'm guessing it's from '64. The lighting is poor - perhaps that's what makes it seem a little odd?

Looks earlier than '64 to me.

I'm thinking very early teen years.

This was the header, for me Mick looks younger but apparently it's early 1964, probably Irina can tell us more about this picture.... :willya
