My God! Grace Slick looks like a old white haired Grandmother.

Gawdamighty.  You mean our appearance changes as we age?  Actually, I say more power to Grace Slick (and others) for aging naturally.  Forget about the hair dye and face lifts.  Accept and welcome life as it comes - or at least look for the humor in it.   Those who do last longer and are more fun to be around.  That's the advice from this rocking chair...

I can see now why Grace Slick said all Rock stars over 50 should retire, it's embarrassing, in her case yes.

My wife is 58, my daughters are 32 and 30 years old, and I can honestly say they are beautiful. Photographing is a real hobby of me, so I've made thousands of photo's of them in all those years, and according to them there are only a few good photos in the dozens of photoalbums I've made over the years. One thing I've learned, it's almost impossible (according to women) to make a decent picture of them. Now my granddaughter is one year old so she isn't complaining yet, but I'm sure, in a couple of years it will all start over again (LOL) Does this sound familiar to some of you??

Yeah, getting old is a bitch. But it beats the alternative...

Somehow, I've been blessed with the ability to see people/places who/that have changed drastically from the way they used to look, but then block out the newest images and, when I think about them again, I just remember what they looked like in their prime...does that make sense? That even goes for my aging parents. I see them---see how OLD they look and act---but, by the time I get home, I just remember they way they used to be. It's a blessing, believe me...
