Hi Guys,

Hope all is well. I check the board frequently but rarely post. Lionsgate entertainment is releasing LSTNT on dvd in USA on 11-2-10 per the Digital Bits website. No word on blu-ray but lets hope.

Surprised there's been no mention of this previously, whilst we've known L & G is going to be released around the same time for several months now.

Pity there's no logical possibility of getting a new edit of LSTNT with the songs NOT heavily edited, but its good that there's another archives re-issue on it's way.

I do have what appears to be an 'official' release of it from a few years back - from Brazil. Dont think it was officially released on DVD anywhere else, though.

I have the OFFICIAL Japanese release, it's great in quality on both audio and video, the Brazilean edition as far as I remember is NOT official, it has been officialy released only in Japan

It was released here a couple of years ago. It is the same as the U.S. VHS version. Way, way back in the 80's, it was released here on vHS (and cinema's before that) as Time is on our side. It was a a slightly different edit too. I was happy the dvd is the U.S. version as i preferred that cut to ours. THere was only subtle differences though.

Can believe this is only getting a U.S. dvd release now. You blokes are so far behind!

It's great that they're finally treating these old Stones concert videos with the respect they deserve and letting them see the light of day again with the remastered treatments, hopefully Voodoo Lounge and Stones in the Park are next in line

"Stones in the Park" was also officialy released in Japan a few years back, I have it too
