Title: R.I.P. Rue McClanahan
Post by sweetcharmedlife on Jun 3rd, 2010 at 11:34am
NEW YORK – Rue McClanahan, the Emmy-winning actress who brought the sexually liberated Southern belle Blanche Devereaux to life on the hit TV series "The Golden Girls," has died. She was 76.

Ok,maybe not the biggest star in the world. But more noteworthy because it completes the trifecta. Gary Coleman,Dennis Hopper and now Rue. They always come in 3's. Eeeeerrriiiieeee. :spooky

Only one Golden Girl left....:(

Yeah, I guess that could be the trifecta. I was counting the loss of Art Linkletter as part of it...until Rue died.

No, he was a celebrity, that's all that counts, and a short celebrity at that. I suppose if we were to categorize then Dio would belong in the "short celebrity" category along with coleman and hopper
