Yes Tumbled, great pianos there and I think the piano on "Dancing in the Light" it is not Stu's style or the kind of tracks he used to play

He had a distinctive tone like Bill Wyman has a distinctive tone. He just wafts above everything else like an atmosphere or something

Don't worry, we're gonna have a special header since Monday and hyperlink from the header during the broadcast I got the information from Deborah Grabien as we have been in contact since a long time because of Nicky Hopkins, I have been in contact with Julian Dawson too, author of the only Nicky Hopkins biography, actually only available in German but soon in English, Julian is part of the live interviews this Thursday |

Is that live stream link possible to put on by just clicking on it? it won't work on the header, & also I have trouble making it out, I guess it's the color background I have.

There is some REALLY weird Jazz on that station now, it sounds like trumpeting elephants, fingernails on chalkboard and a farting contest all at the same time!
~~freaky~~ |

Didn't the "Squirrel" DJ call him "John" I didn't catch the last name. Maybe it was John Cipollina the guitarist. I think whomever it was mentioned Dino Valenti from Quicksilver Messenger Service? That story he told was pretty illuminating. It sounded like Nicky was having a hard time in Hawaii, maybe he was sick, but it sounds like the dog in the house was getting him down, but still I was appalled that they kicked the dog for eating the roast beef, I mean no need. It was a great show, I wish I could have caught the whole thing. |

Listened to what I had recorded, good show, albeit a bit sloppy [smiley=cool.gif]
I love Nicky's piano but like MT, or BJ, he couldn't write a decent song to save his life, unlike Mick and Keith, much less talented players, especially Mick |
