I'm Not Signifying got my vote after hearing the bonus disc 6 times...great track..but I'm happy overall, so it's a bit of a toss up

Plundered is a close second, surprisingly FTR is growing on me, as I didn't think too much of it initially.

My two favorites is PMS & FTR, I picked PMS.

I went with the opening cut, sophia... mostly b/c even with the new lyrics put to the old music i knew, i could only really go with a 100% new to me tune, and of those, this one was my fave... but honestly, the others are probably more liked by me, i'm just so effin' jaded. Following the river may be the worst... and plundered is already two weeks old... so, it's like an old lover, you just know will be there for a booty call...

I like them all to be honest.  They all got that Exile "touch."  My #1 is "I Ain't Signifying (AKA I Ain't Lyin')" - great groove.

Wine is the funkiest of the bunch, so it got my vote, twice!

I chose So Divine but it is equal to Dancing In The Light as my favorite bonus track.
Great to hear them with lyrics finally.

Should the alternate All Down The Line be included in the poll?

Only listened through once, but so far plundered my soul and title 5 stand out, i voted for PMS but title 5 is pretty cool

dont know how i feel about following the river,its basically angel girl and shine a light, the videos great though

i dont know also how i feel about the vocals on dancing in the light and aladdin story, i think i preferred instrumentals of them

anyway, like i said only had one listen, but PMS and T5 are standouts

Working my through it at this very moment. I'm up to the Alt Soul Survivor. But I still think Dancing in the Light is pretty close the best. Fell in love with Plundered again. INS is good. But it doesn't blow me away. Starting to like FTR a bit more.

The chorus of so dive is so damn catchy! So long, adios Goodbye! I'm not digging "dancing in the light." Mick's voice is annoying and the song is too repetitious. Love the horns in Signifying.

My favorites are the true outtakes - SS, Ain't Signifying, Loving Cup etc....
but of the "new" outtakes, I'm still in awe of PMS. It is the one where Jagger sounds the most authentically passionate. The groove in Pass the Wine is fantastic, but like Holden, Jagger's 2010 vocals throw it off for me. I don't expect Jagger to sound like he sounded in 71, 72, but still, the mannerisms dampen my enthusiasm a bit. But PMS works for some reason and I love the minor 7 chord riff. Its effortlessly soulful.

because that's what gets to me about this song - when finally listened to with good headphones, the song is big, the music just surrounds you with that groove. It sounds like the Stones we've been waiting for for the last three decades. Yeah, maybe its an old track, but it has such a timeless feel.

'Plundered' might just have got my vote had they went with the same mix that they used on the single. Taylor's guitar fills absolutely own the song, yet for some reason they've mixed him down on the album version.

yes, its different. Taylor's guitar licks are much higher in the single version.

For example, check the 43-48 second mark when Mick sings the line "Guess I was misunderstood". On the album version, its all rhythm.

On the single mix, he plays a lick at that point that would tear your head off. He's further up on the mix throughout, although this is the part where it's the most noticeable.

I'm still smarting from that edit! For the life of me, I can't figure out why it was done, other than that he plays something similar later on. But, in that moment, it absolutely *makes* the song...

can anyone upload a HQ version of the single mix? i miss that lick too

Plundered my soul is my favourite but its really difficult to make a definate on that cos I like Loving Cup, Soul Survivor and Good time women just as much.......in fact, I;m enjoying the entire 10 tracks....I cant make up my mind...I'm in Stones Heaven  :wow

thats odd. I bought the single off i-tunes (I dont own the vinyl) and thats the different mix I was comparing above to the album version.

I went with Plundered My Soul. To me, this was the song that had the largest amount of the groove that made this album the classic it is.

I finally put my vote in for Plundered My Soul.  There is something grand, for lack of a better term, about it.  It has a great, big, huge sound that I love.

Close second is Dancing In The Light and So Divine.  Love them too.

"Pass The Wine" reminds me a bit of Wilson Pickett's "Funky Broadway."  Overall, I like the songs, but "Following The River" is my favorite. "Plundered My Soul" isn't as melodic and has a stop-and-start quality to it, but the more I hear it, the more I like it. I enjoy the "outtakes" too, although "Aladdin Story" ("So Divine") has never been a favorite of mine, being a little too self-cannibalizing of "Paint It Black."

I enjoy listening to it along with "Exile," and have my CD player set so that one follows the other. It's definitely growing on me and I find myself never skipping songs, which is always a good sign.

Dancing on the light is growing on me. I don't like the bitter tone though.
