Don't know if this has been discussed here before, but I've stumbled across a vid featuring Keith and Charlie playing on some track for a Charlie Mingus movie. Apparently Ray Davies produced the movie. Neat to hear the interviews; sadly I knew nothing about Mingus before this clip.

Remember seeing it broadcast here on Channel 4 around 1993. The footage was actually shot in Madrid in June 1990 during the Urban Jungle tour.

I spent most of last summer listening to nothing but Jazz.

Miles, Coltrane, and of course Bill Evans.

Great shit there.
