For me,

Honky Tonk Women - I love Brussels, but the Love You Live version (June 5 1976) is great, with the long intro
Gimme Shelter - 6/24/72, Charlie got this thing grooving baby
You Can't Always Get What You Want - 12/9/81 - Ronnie keeps playing over the sax solo, a furious version, a bit more reggaeish than even the other '81-2 versions
Dead Flowers - Marquee Club, 1971.  Vibrato in full effect.  Sorry to keep referring to instrumentals to talk about each of these live versions - Mick J was on fire this night as well

No way can Ronnie come near the versions of YCAGWYW with Taylor.  MSG 72, Wembley 9-9-73, and Brussels come to mind.

That said, Ronnie played his best ever with the Stones when was attempting to imitate Taylor, but he overdid it badly with that tune.  

Like a fat guy in a Speedo . . .
