Johnny Depp is doing his best to talk rock and roll legend Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger to get on board the ship with him and Keith Richards in the next installment of Pirates of the Caribbean 'On Stranger Tides'.

Johnny Depp has been working closely with Disney and has a lot of ideas for the new movie that are his he would like add just to put a little more of himself into the multi million dollar 'Pirates'franchise.

Rolling Stone band mate Keith Richards is already on board with the idea of he and Mick Jagger playing elder pirates for the movie.

Johnny Depp revealed that he believes that there are some people  who might consider him a sell out for doing the Pirates sequels ,but Johnny Depp is not bothered by that , he loves the part of Captain Jack Sparrow so much he claims he would gladly do seven sequels

Are the Rolling Stones crossing over from Rock and Roll legends into movie stars?

Could be ,If Johnny Deep has his way and can convince Mick Jagger into joining him and fellow Stone Keith Richards. Johnny Depp wants to convince Mick Jagger to star in the new 'Pirates Of The Caribbean' movie 'On Stranger Tides.'

Johnny Depp will be back as that lovable yet amusing sexy pirate Captain Jack Sparrow, and Depp has already convinced Keith Richards to play his on screen father,so now he moves on to getting Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger on board the ship.

Johnny Depp has been working closely with Disney on the new 'Pirates' movie and has added a few of his own ideas and suggestions to the film to put his personal stamp on the Multi million dollar movie franchise.

Johnny thought it would be fun to bring on both Keith Richards and Mick Jagger to play elder pirates reported Showbizspy.

Johnny Depp also revealed that he is excited and can't wait to get back into costume. Johnny Depp revealed that he believes a lot of people may consider him a sell out for doing the Pirates sequels,but he is not bothered by that.

Back before Keith's role hit the big screens, I rented the first Pirates and found it to be a kids flick.

I really can't see why anyone would get worked up over this pirate stuff, unless you're 12.

Disney execs get plenty worked up.

Those movies have raked in billions.

Mick is going to play his gay uncle?

Johnnie is the licensed owner of all that plastic chinese toy crap that branched off of the pirates movie and he is living off of that.     Please don't feed the monster...

This reeks of Mick stickin' his dick where Keith had just been.   Rubbish.

The end of Pirates 3 had Jack going in search of the fountain of youth.  Mick is going to fight Keith for it.  

And I admit that I love the Pirates movies.  Just silly fun, no art and good for pure escapism.

Anything that gets people from "The Firm" into the minds and eyes of young people can only be a good thing.

I'll wait for Pirates 5 myself when Charlie comes on board!

ROCKER Bono says he’s “overpaid” and “over-rewarded”.

The U2 frontman — who’s said to be worth around $700 million — believes he has more money than he deserves to have, which is why he devotes so much of his time to charitable projects.

That is a funny way to look at it, but you make a good point. Imagining that image now, LOL!  

I was thinking MICK loves Hollywood so any chance he gets to be on film would appeal to him. And then theres the media buzz, and the money. It may be tempting. I hope it's true! Any chance to see MICK is always exciting!  

Mick and Keith forced by Pirates to walk the plank for playing too many warhorses on deck during a long sail.......

I think POTC was a great idea originally, especially with Depp's interpretation of the Keith Richardsesque pirate, but then the writers must have taken too much of the good stuff  ;D which led to that plot in no. 3 - more holes in it than actual story and it made you feel like you needed a manual to understand it.

That said, Keith was awesome and cool as hell as a pirate, and having him do it again with his partner in crime, the whole 'irony' of it... The very thought of it makes me salivate, so I say bring it on  :)

I think Jagger is the right man , lets take a look !!

I have always maintained that Jagger at his peak was as cool as Keith, in a different way...
when he's not trying, Jagger is the shit.
That's what made The Glimmer Twins the coolest rock stars ever.
