Oh it's very short, it will only take 5 minutes or so.
You can give personal info if you want, but it's not necessary  :)

Okay, so which island is it? In the past few years my wife and I looked into other islands, but we always end up going to Lesvos. I wanted to go there again this spring, but after the central heating in the house broke down a few months ago, we're running low on funds..

I'm from Lemnos. I think if you liked Lesvos, you'll like Lemnos too. It doesn't have as many night life options as Lesvos does, but it's really beautiful, great food and great beaches  :) Ahhh, now I can't wait for summer  ;D

googled Lemnos for a bit. looks beautiful. I think I'm gonna add it to the 'to visit' list. Tough to get there from western Europe though: there's hardly any direct flights..

I've been to mainland Greece as well as the the island of Corfu......both beautiful and to be recommended.

I know, getting to Lemnos from here too is kind of nighmarish, especially if you want to travel by ship...  :forfucksake

Greece is full of problems (financial, social etc.) and it's often quite frustrating to live here, but at least it's beautiful  ;D
