since the last tour has Keith appeared anywhere playing....not crooning while wearing one but actually playing. this to me suggest they will not tour again. think about how little guitar is played versus the old prelighting cues days. I think it is over.

He was on Marianne Faithfull's album "Easy Come, Easy Go" that was released in Nov. 2008.
They did Merle Haggard's "Sing Me Back Home".
I'm not sure when they recorded it.

And hasn't Keith been recently quoted as saying he and Jack White have laid down a few tracks together?

He did do something with Jack White, SV - yeah.

Aside from one song at the Hall of Fame gig 5 weeks ago I dont think Mick Jagger has sang in public or released a note of recorded music since the last Stones show.

I don't see anyone suggesting HE has retired or wondering if his inactivity may be medically related.

Maybe its just as well they're inactive when you think about it. Ronnie's been playing reasonably frequently by comparison yet everyone's suggesting HE's finished, and Charlie seems to be gigging almost every week of late yet he's apparently retiring!

We all REALLY need help!!!!!

At LJ's family Thanksgiving Dinner, one of her Cousins made the comment "I wish one of them would just DIE ALREADY". This after said Cousin announced she wanted either the new Coldplay or Michael Buble CD for Xmas.

She is VERY lucky she did not end up with the entire dish of butternut squash on her head.
I remained calm (imagine that?), glared at her and said "Yes, you WOULD enjoy Coldplay". :wtf3
A chill in the room was VERY apparent.

Anyone keeping tabs on Keith's knuckles these days? I worry they are getting too big for him to play anymore. The fact that he is sometimes photographed with band-aids on them suggests he gets them treated. Suppose doctors can go in there and trim the deposits off?

The band aids are because he has treatments where the doctors insert rock and roll magic into his fingers. He's been doing it the time he wrote the lick to Satisfaction.
