Wonder if Keith returns?
Depp getting $33M for 'Pirates 4' By WENN.COM Johnny Depp has reportedly signed a massive $33.6 million pay deal to star in the fourth installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise. The movie hunk has proved popular in his role as eccentric high seas character Captain Jack Sparrow - the first three films have garnered more than $2.5 billion at the worldwide box office. Studio bosses were so keen to get Depp back on board for 2011's Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, they offered him a minimum $33.6 million pay deal - with more cash from ticket sales, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper. |

Could Keef be in it? Or did he die in the last one?

There was a rumor a while back that Keith was gonna return for the fourth one. I hope he does, he was excellent. I'm sure he'd be up for it if he's asked unless some Stones project is in the way. Depp and him are tight!

I only watched the parts with Keef. The second one was a confusing bore and my friends said the third one was even worse. Suffered the same fate as the Matrix trilogy. |

that's for sure - a three hour plus farrago of half baked ideas and screen play non sequiters |

I recently watched the three films in a row, and really enjoyed the third one. I agree that the second one is a bit of a mess, trying to set the stage for the third part. They probably shouldn't have released it as a standalone movie. But all in all, I'm in awe of the Pirates screenwriters. Must be hard to create a relatively consistent story over almost 8 hours of film (and to come up with so many brilliant ideas along the way). |

Title: Re: Depp set for Pirates Four Post by Bitch on Nov 18th, 2009 at 6:34am KEEF was an awesome pirate, so I hope they ask him to be in the next movie! They 'fixed' his nose to make it appear straight! |
