Aren't there similar poses by Anita Pallenberg? But Anita was never knocked out or lost she was always aware of what pose she would
be in when having her picture taken. She has posed for some "racy" pictures in her time.

There's a story about this in one of the books -- I forget which -- about how Leibowitz was furious at someone for allowing Keith to fix right before a scheduled photo session.  Maybe Annie just made lemonade.
