I had the early Ed Sullivan shows video's of The Stones on Youtube, guess what, they didn't last long, I got a warning from Youtube they would delete my account, so Mr. asshole wins again, Allen Klein, what a fucking bastard!!!!!!! it's free for Stones fans to watch, but because he's not getting any fucking money from it! this bastard banned them, this guy should be shot!!!!!!! does this happen to Beatles video's too?????

I doubt Klein has the intellectual property rights over the Sullivan performances.  Then again, you probably do not either.  If you feel wronged, challenge it like Gerardo did.  He won in the end.  But then again he was not showing songs, but merely footage.  Just because it's on 'You Tube' does not mean it's above the Law.

I would have to say that I'm  showing songs performed by The Stones, so I'm not really in the right, but I didn't know it would happen this fast! I can't begin to get into Sullivan's rights, all I did, was show performances from early Stones appearances from The Ed Sullivan show, if I did The Dave Clark 5, would I have the same problem?, I'd say no, because their not making any money, the Stones are a money making machine, as far as Klein is concerened.

The Sullivan show performances of Paint It Black and Ruby Tuesday are always available on YouTube -- found a PIB that's been up for a year.  It doesn't make sense for them to pull some and not others...

Thanks voodoo for the information, I just don't want my account deleted, which I'm afraid of,  it was a warning like that, I have all The Stones Ed Sullivan shows on a DVD, I would like to show them, did they give you a warning that your account might be deleted? this Klein character is a real asshole, but I don't know how much power he's got, The Stones got good & fucked by him, it seems anything up to when they started their own label (sticky Fingers first album) is owned by him, you seem to be more on the ball about this Voodoo then I am, I could always go back & upload these video's again on Youtube, but I don't want my account deleted, I've got other video's on there.
