Watching this disc now and my wife is upset with them.
I said we were on top of the world with SMU and Tattoo You. We roll up when we do... besides this is the description of touring hair.
What say you?

There is a broad line between being fashionably late and being grossly late.

One is socially acceptable...the other is inexcusable...the in-between is just plain awkward.

My mom always said that.

We were cocky. We were young, brash and unencumbered.

It depends on whether Mud and crew collected the proper royalties.  Was Muddy passed on by the time that show was officially released?  Did Muddy get more and better gigs out of this appearance?

Perhaps the key determinant is whether Mud invited them over to the house later, as he was known to do.

Speaking of - the Stones could have brought Mud and his band on a national tour, or at least to selected venues.  Why not, other than cheapness?  No audience would have been rude to them.
