Happy birthday my friend! Mick it's a great person, very nice with fans and the people in general, I had the opportunity to be with him three days….

Today's header was taken more than 15 years ago, we booked Mick Taylor to play in Mexico, it was a great show, the one with the biggest audience in that tour even that it was also the most expensive tickets of the whole tour too.

It was great to spend three days with him, from the welcome at the hotel to the farewell when he left for the next gig in San Francisco.

I was lucky to make two interviews with him because the guys from Televisa and La Jornada didn't understand his English, so I said move your ass and let me do it, and I did both, for one of them the interviewer gave me some notes with questions, I read them and just skipped all and made my own improvised interview. After the interview we had a long conversation talking about a lot of things even not related with music, more about Mexico

The sound check was great and the opening act was a band I created especially for the show with musicians that are all friends of mine.

Now I see we have a lot of great memories from the past, I think it is time to repost some of those, the greatest years of Rocks Off with no massive social networks competing.

I only get my rocks off while I'm sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeping with your girlfriend!!
