A party is 2 or more people getting together for the purpose of having fun, doing things they mutually enjoy. It depends on the people as to what fun means to them and how far to take it. For me, it always involves loud music, a combination of mind altering substances, dancing, smiling, laughing, and sex. Food is always good too but not essential.
