Rolling Stones Jacket

Hey there,

My dad has been a Rolling Stones fan since the 60’s and has seen them play many times. He still blasts out the classics to this day at family gatherings. I even took up playing guitar because I heard so much Stones stuff when I was a kid. I still love to go back and listen to Ry Cooder’s playing and influence on Let it Bleed when I need some inspiration and I often do the open G five string thing when I want to play around with different voicings for songs.

Anyways, it’s the old man’s birthday coming up and I want to get him something really special – Rolling Stones related, of course. I’m thinking about getting him a vintage tour jacket or something like it. I’ve found a website that has a few original ones for sale.

Thing is I don’t know which one to get him. So the question is, if you were going to receive one as a present, which tour jacket would you be happiest to receive and why? Also, if you have any other suggestions they’d be gratefully received.

Thanks for all the responses to this. I was more hoping that people had suggestions for which were their favourite tours so I could decide on which jacket to get based on that.
