There is a new book just published featuring the complete Michael Joseph photographs of the Rolling Stones in 1968. One of these was used as the gatefold for Beggars Banquet. It has a new essay by Robert Greenfield and other historical photographs as well. Each copy is signed by Robert Greenfield. The book also has an epigraph by Keith Richards. It is limited to 200 copies for sale, of which around 45 are left.
