I finally got to see these guys live last night at the House of Blues.[Always a great venue]
I've always been a fan and understood they were very strong live.
Whatever expectation I may have had, they absolutely blew it away. Ed Roland is a fine vocalist and has an awesome stage presence.[being spoiled by Jagger, this means a lot]
Jesse Triplett on lead absolutely sizzled and his solos were beyond fierce. Incredible
This band rocked with an energy equal to about any band I have ever seen, which is no small fete.
The only thing missing was having my wife by my side. She was not a big concert person but she would no doubt have attended as CS was one of here faves.
No encore but they ended with a fine version of Run, ending with Roland slowly walking off stage playing accoustic, fading away. Too cool.[Nice change from the preprogrammed encores]
