The pre-party will be at Danny's South www.dannysrestaurant.com which is located DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE STADIUM, on the corner of Abbot Road and Southwestern Blvd, next to the Bills parking Lot 4...AGAIN....IT IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE STADIUM and very easy to find.

Danny's will be providing a designated parking area for Shidoobees/RO'ers. We will need an exact head count for those driving that plan to park at Dannys so that they hold you a parking spot. Not sure what Dannys will be charging to park. Our guess is $10-$20...no more than they usually charge on gameday.

Danny's will be providing us with our "tailgate party"....outdoor shelter, grub, tables, chairs, utensils, etc. I figure with so many visiting from out of town, this would be the easiest way to just chill and party like the Stones are in town or something.

The menu will consist of things like Buffalo wings, mini roast beef on weck sandwiches (both staples of Buffalo cuisine), along with potato salad, mac n cheese, etc. Soda and ice will also be provided.

We will have bus service to and from Dannys. The buses will be picking up at the Hampton Inn in West Seneca and another location that will be EASY TO FIND in West Seneca. That way, you have the option of driving in from another hotel and still catching one of the buses.

The bus service charges us by the hour for the FULL DAY. Basically, they park that fucker at the stadium while we do our thing. As of right now, the bus service is looking to cost less than $20 per person. Again, bus service will be to and from stadium. Most likely the buses will pickup at 3pm so we can get to the party by 4pm.

All of the above mentioned is nearly finalized but we do not have exact prices yet. It is our hope to keep the total for both the bus ride and the shelter/food no more than $50.00.

AS WE GET CLOSER I WILL BE POSTING A FORMAL SIGN UP IN A SEPARATE THREAD AND SUPPLY YOU WILL PAYPAL INFO AS WE NEED PAYMENT FOR THE BUS AND BUFFET/SHELTER UP FRONT.

Our stadium is in a rural area and not accessible by public transport. MAJOR PROPS to Matt for securing us reserved space in the closest bar/restaurant to the venue. The alternative was to try and get everyone there in cars, park close to each other, and haul food. In other words, a major pain in the ass. By being at Danny's we have access to the bar, shelter from the weather and BATHROOMS.
