Avett Bros., Brad Paisley, GC Jr and of course Buddy Guy have been getting heavy play on The Stones Pandora station.

Saw a vid of St. Paul and the Broken Bones; not bad at all but on show day there is no other band in the universe so why bother with openers?

Columbus was definitely Omaha'd.  Shit!

Milwaukee will be a great show.

The Stones are hoping that these mostly young bands can sell seats, they are struggling big time in several markets!

It's a long day in the sun for a lot of money (in most cases) to see a two hour concert ,

Makes perfect sense to have an opening act.

Definitely. Begs the question why they've left it to just a few days before the tour start to announce any.

Do you offer any discounts if the ticket purchaser is Canadian?

Edit: I'm not Canadian but I know some people that are.

Ha, I'll ask, but first I'm trying to make sure there is no northern neighbor surcharge!

At the moment, none. My friend is in Chicago, so she should be waking up soon.
I have asked for more details, but just wanted to see if there was any interest before I pressed her on it.
I'll let you know when I hear something.

I'm pretty sure she doesn't. But I guess there's always a possibility.
Are you going to offer a Keef-signed Tele in exchange for the tickets?

Further the Columbus tickets ...

They are selling for face value. And there are 8 tickets at each price, and supposedly the two sets of 8 seats are together.

So, there appear to 8 $50 tickets together, and 8 $75 tickets also together.

There appears to be no obligation to buy more than one ticket.

Again, if you are interested, please let me know and I will do my best to get you in touch for the tickets.

Definitely. Begs the question why they've left it to just a few days before the tour start to announce any.

________________________________________________

I know you already easily know this but I must say it ...there is nobody to blame but The Stones. If ticket prices were even some-what reasonable they would do fairly well. Sure, they do not set the price..but guess what...they negotiate with promoters on the guarantee before show time.. .. and they negotiated a crazy major guarantee (with more to come after the tour I'm sure)  .. which in turn drives up prices.

The pricing for their stadium show is the most rediculous price I've ever saw by a stadium tour?? $250-350 for fair seats???? 500 for good seats??? 90 for the worst.

The scale should of been 60 ... 100 ... and 150. They would sell out most places.. people wouldnt bitch as much .. and they would not be struggling at all.

Nobody to blame but their own greed for all the struggling (I could of told you those prices were way too high for todays market.. or ANY market and they are getting themselves in trouble).

Rediculous... sure Im going and I will not bitch at all after but come on man.. 200-400 bucks should be front row ... NOT back of the field and upper deck friggin seating ... flippin unbelievable (and ass on their part).

I see via facebook that Chuck and Rose Leavell have cancelled their Charlane Plantation Retreat which was scheduled for the end of September.

Might tie in with a few rumours starting to make the rounds of further Stones shows later in 2015. Maybe the long awaited South American Tour? Maybe a few more US arena dates? Maybe both?

Guess we'll know in due course.

Nice call Gazza! It seems right that they would try to sell out these stadiums before announcing anything "better".

It's hot as bugg*ry in Dallas, by all accounts. Hopefully they are being fanned.

As weight is lost slightly, getting into a tour, the trousers might consequently loosen slightly and thus allow moisture to escape downwards?
