I could care less about how Sam Cutler or Mick Jagger feel. I care because, as a fan, I want Mick to embrace the Stones past a little more. If he did, we may get more of not only 60s and 70s era Stones songs, but also efforts at dipping into the rarer post 70s songs. He simply wants to do the hits and can't be tossed with anything too remote. He has shown it time and time again. Perhaps, if he did embrace the rich Stones past a little more, we would have more of this magic, except he would get more than a 30 second solo, his sound would be turned up throughout the whole song and he wouldn't have to plead constantly to have the sound turned up, and, as Voodoo pointed out, Mick might have a little more passion:
