Much like Disney, McDonald's is a very litigious conglomerate and would not think twice about disassociating itself with the comparison by instituting proceedings...
Assuming that "Take It Easy" is the biggest selling cheeseburger in the Eagles canon, they have sold a mere 140 million worldwide...and debate rages as to how many units sold were actually the Chicken Nuggets, or "Hotel California" if you will...
At McDonald's, the same delicious burger that boasts equal amounts of American ingenuity and collaborative content as "Take It Easy" has passed the 100 Billion mark. In fact it no longer tracks sales in the millions as the Eagles Corp does...
This leaves us placing the Eagles onto a world stage they have yet to earn through marketing, hard work and greasy up-sales.
