I think it was or has to be just simply practice and practice and don't quit playing for months or years then trying to get the sound back.

Yes, practice and the best medicine money could buy.

God bless him again, for the thousandth time.

Especially Charlie, and his devotion to stick it out w/ the band.

May the good lord bless the Rolling Stones even though Jesus would be a Beatles fan more.

I never pegged Jesus Christ of Nazareth for a Beatles fan. When I was growing up and less skeptical of all the Salvation Lamb stuff I was surrounded by, I figured he was more like a Seals and Crofts, Simon and Garfunkel, America, Crosby, Stills & Nash type. When I got older and actually read his alleged and few statements more closely and critically, I sensed his relatively arrogant, snotty and short-tempered personality, and pegged him into the R.E.M., They Might Be Giants, Steely Dan, Talking Heads type sitch. That kind of smarmy stuff makes me want to bust someone right in the moof.
