Instead of a pic what would your song be?

I'll have to think about it....but not for long. It should be relatively easy. Post a video if it's kinda easy.

Mine used to be a shot of the Exile label, but I lost the link.  It was from a site that sold coasters made from record labels.  Now we have the Bowieoid "Made in the Shade" compilation label (left).  So I've been in the avant-garde in this matter.

Aren't you glad there was no label with a Mohawked chick on Some Girls?

Dead Mans Curve - Jan & Dean
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CcDtobKr-_M

!!! GET Jan and Dean - Dead Mans Curve
Dead Man's Curve
Jan & Dean
(Christian/Berry/Kornfeld/Wilson)

I was cruisin' in my Stingray late one night
When an XKE pulled up on the right
And rolled down the window of his shiny new Jag
And challenged me then and there to a drag
I said, "you're on, buddy, my mill's runnin' fine
Let's come off the line, now, at Sunset and Vine
But I'll go you one better if you've got the nerve
Let's race all the way
To Dead Man's Curve"

Chorus:

Dead Man's Curve, it's no place to play
Dead Man's Curve, you must keep away
Dead Man's Curve, I can hear 'em say:
"Won't come back from Dead Man's Curve"

The street was deserted late Friday night
We were buggin' each other while we sat out the light
We both popped the clutch when the light turned green
You shoulda heard the whine from my screamin' machine
I flew past LaBrea, Schwab's, and Crescent Heights
And all the Jag could see were my six taillights
He passed me at Doheny then I started to swerve
But I pulled her out and there we were
At Dead Man's Curve

Partial chorus:

Dead Man's Curve, it's no place to play
Dead Man's Curve

Dramatic interlude:

Well - the last thing I remember, Doc, I started to swerve
And then I saw the Jag slide into the curve
I know I'll never forget that horrible sight
I guess I found out for myself that everyone was right

"Won't come back from Dead Man's Curve

Music, to me, is the joy, right? I love my kids most of the time, and I love my wife most of the time. Music I love all the time. It's the only constant thing in my life. It's the one thing you can count on. :Keith Richards 1993

Take me to the station
And put me on a train
I've got no expectations
To pass through here again

Once i was a rich man and
Now i am so poor
But never in my sweet short life
Have i felt like this before

You heart is like a diamond
You throw your pearls at swine
And as i watch you leaving me
You pack my peace of mind

Our love was like the water
That splashes on a stone
Our love is like our music
Its here, and then its gone

So take me to the airport
And put me on a plane
I got no expectations
To pass through here again

I'll shoot it to you straight and look you in the eye
So gimme just a minute and I'll tell you why
