It's gonna be tough to up your post count off board since this system is hosted in-house rather than on an external server. I have faith that you will find away around it, though.

I am more worried about the hassles that a theoretical poster who might wish to use aliases is going to have to go through. Logging out after every post, multiple FUNCTIONING e-mail addresses, it's gonna take some dedication, tater. Good luck to them.

Like I said, post counts were enchanced via the novogate system because it was all dumped into the Novogate server. With YaBB, Rocks Off actually hosts it, so you are limited in your count to what happens on this system. They are no longer interconnected. Your only hope: This system allows for an endless creation of forums. You have to convince Gazza, Jaxx and Gerardo to make a "gym" forum for you guys to post in to beef up. Although this program also has a "percentage" field so anyone doing their homework would be able to see through the ruse pretty quickly.

Believe me, I feel your pain - all my investigations for a new monkey board are showing me that Novogate was the ultimate in wide open workaroundableness and you are really going to have to get on your a-game to circumnavigate the new systems.

You could always do it the old fashioned way, by actually posting interesting things that people would like to read. Get yourself up to seven posts and you'll feel better - at that point you'll become a RO regular and then you won't feel so ghey.
