Finally the IOC does something about dopers and cheaters. Of course I'd be more worried about Russia hacking into the scoring systems and rigging those outcomes.

Doping in the Olympics...what a stupid concept...in the grand scheme of things...who really cares who has the fastest/strongest/whatever...

It has zero significance in anything after the medal ceremony
