Been trying to order an "On Air" package and keep getting a message saying my cart has been modified and I need to select a new shipping rate.

Problem is, I don't see a shipping rate to select. WTF?

I looked there, but I didn't see the package I'm looking for.
I'd like to have the 2-CD set, but that's sold out on RS.com and I couldn't find it on Amazon.
Tried getting the hardback book/2-CD combo on RS.com and that's where I ran into problems with the site.
Tried finding that on Amazon also without any luck.
