Sometimes the birthday boys/girls don't see or at least don't reply

Some have FaceBook account so the people wish happy birthday there....

I have not changed the birthday list since a while, I'm going to change it some day and delete those who don't reply, those who don't post here anymore and those who are already dead

With all these birthday threads, it's important to look at the post/views ratio - for you retardicalists, that's the posts in the thread divided by the number of views of the thread.

That ratio is the best indicator of how popular the poster is and whether they actually deserve any kind of well wishes. If someone dips under around 15-20% posts/views in a birthday thread, they probably shouldn't be posting here.
