Between the features we have is that we can make templates and the user can use the one who likes it. We have two templates, currently in the board are 5 templates but some of them are almost identical

To change the layout go to your profile and find this

I set (my fault, not Gazza's LOL) the template I made to look like the old board as the default template, it looks like this

I already changed the default template as the original YaBB default template

So if you want a different layout select it from the list available at your "profile"

Apparently the layout I made trying to appear like the old board is not nice for some of you, remember you can reset the layout in your profile, all who registered today during work hours are seeing the black background template, remember you can change it

Just testing out my first post here. I went with the "Rocks Off Final" but not too sure if I like the green. I guess I can personalize that later.

Hey Voo - is there a less "puke" green you can set up for the header and footer or are you pretty limited in choice of color palates?

The name green I like, the header/footer green I don't . . .

I like the bright colors Voodoo!!  But then I am a sunny kind of person!!

That's one of the things I really like---being able to see who is online.. :)

If you could make the black background with yellow lettering an option (like the old board) that would be great. I can't read the text against the black backgrounds on this board, so I'm just using the default blue and white - it's kind of bland though. A happy medium would be nice.  :)

Okay I clicked the "reply" word and all it does is give me this screen. When I put  my curser in one of the color boxes and click it
and try to typy in that particular color it just gives a bunch of words and etc with the word "color" in it. I was hoping to see
the color I selected show  in my text.  I am sorry, guess I am still a little confused.  8-) :-[ :) ;) :charliesgoodtonite

The OS doesn't make any difference, as the transition of the code is done by this website.

to type in colour, choose one,  then there will be 2 pairs of brackets and code, just type inbetween them.

I chose red, and did what you said, type in the color (red) in between them and it does no do anything. Help :willya

Ok.....put in what words you want, then click on a color . There are two brackets that have the word "color" in them. Put the cursor between those brackets so that you have "color" on either side of what you are going to type. Then, just type your words inbetween the brackets.

Like this....Now I am green.  :)

You must NOT type in the word of the color, you know? For example (red)...just go on the field with the colors and click with a left click on the red field and just type in

if you click the + button on Live Preview at the top left you can actually see the colour you're typing.
